Prof M. Zucconi

Dr Marco Zucconi is the clinical officer of Sleep Disorders Centre and he is actually Contract Professor of Neurophysiology for the School of Neurology, Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, Milan, since 2000. He was one of the founders of the International Restless Legs Syndrome Study Group (IRLSSG) and member of the Medical Advisory Board of the Restless Legs Syndrome Foundation (RLSF) and one of the founder, Past President and Secretary of the European Restless Legs Syndrome Study Group (EURLSSG). He is member of the International Rem Behaviour Disorder Study Group (IRBDSG). He obtained the residency in Neurology at the Neurologic Institute, University of Bologna. He is working in the field of RLS/PLMS, parasomnias, sleep/epilepsy, and Sleep Medicine in general. He is Member of American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM), World Association of Sleep Medicine (WASM), Italian Sleep Medicine Association (AIMS, actually Proboviro), Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal “Sleep Medicine”
