Our sleep laboratory:
we study youwhile you sleep.

We have its own sleep laboratory, with prepared rooms and medical technology, where we record your rest to diagnose accurately. And, when possible, we also study your sleep at home.

In short

We have its own sleep laboratory: individual rooms, conditioned and equipped with technology to record your sleep (breathing, oxygen, brain activity, movements and video). This is what allows apnoea, parasomnias, narcolepsy and other disorders to be accurately diagnosed. Many tests can also be doneat your home.

What is it

An environment designed to study your rest

To know what happens while you sleep you have toregister it, and for that you need a specific space and technology. Our sleep laboratory is designed just for that: comfortable, individual rooms where you spend the night while sensors painlessly collect your body's signals.

A technical team supervises the study and then aspecialist analyzesthe complete record. This combination of in-house facilities and experience is what allows a reliable diagnosis, even in complex cases that require, for example, video recording.

Having your own laboratory also meansagility: less waiting to get tested and get results.

Own sleep laboratory

I was too lazy to spend the night away from home, but the room was comfortable and I slept well. The next day they explained the result to me in detail. Very professional.

FAQ

We solve your doubts

Do I have to sleep in the laboratory?
It depends on the test. Complete polysomnography is usually done in the laboratory, although in selected cases it can be done at home. Respiratory polygraphy is frequently performed at home.
Are the sensors annoying?
They are not painful. They are placed on the skin and scalp and, although they can be somewhat cumbersome, most people sleep without problems.
What if I don't sleep?
It's normal to worry, but almost everyone manages to get enough sleep for studying. The team is here to help you stay comfortable.
When do I get the results?
After the night of study, a specialist analyzes the record and explains the diagnosis and the plan in a results consultation.
