Measure sleep to diagnose
Sleep disorders occur precisely when you are asleep and you cannot describe them. That is why the diagnosis is supported by tests thatrecord objectivelywhat happens during the night: how much and how you sleep, if you are breathing well, if oxygen is low, if you move or if there is abnormal activity.
With this data, the specialist canconfirm the diagnosis, measure the severity (for example, how many apnoeas per hour) and choose the correct treatment. Not all cases need the same test: part of the value is in indicating the appropriate one.
We have its own sleep laboratory and with home study options, so that the test is as comfortable and reliable as possible.
Our sleep tests

Polysomnography (PSG)
Complete recording of sleep: brain activity (EEG), breathing, oxygen, heart rate, eye and muscle movements. It is the most complete study and allows you to diagnose practically any sleep disorder.
Respiratory polygraphy
It studies breathing, oxygen and snoring, especially to diagnose sleep apnoea. It is simple and is frequently done at home.
Multiple Latency Test (TLMS)
Measure how quickly you fall asleep in controlled naps during the day. It is key to diagnosing narcolepsy and other hypersomnias, after a nocturnal polysomnography.
Actigraphy
A bracelet that records sleep and activity for days to assess the sleep-wake rhythm, useful in insomnia and circadian rhythm disorders.
Video-polysomnography
Polysomnography with synchronized video, essential to study parasomnias, REM behavior disorder or differentiate nocturnal episodes from epileptic seizures.
